Cheese Paratha Recipe Ingredients
- 50g Diabexy Atta
- NutroActive Mineral salt
- 20g of cheese
- 10g of carrot
- 1 chopped spring onion
- chilli flakes (optional)
- Â Italian seasoning.
- 1 tsp Desi ghee
How to Make Cheese Paratha: Step-by-Step Guide with Pictures
- Take 50g of Diabexy Atta.
- Add a Pinch of NutroActive Mineral salt.
- 1 tsp of olive oil, chopped pudina and coriander.
- Knead the dough with lukewarm water.
- Cover with a lid for 5 minutes.
- Take 20g of cheese, 10g of carrot and 1 chopped spring onion.
- Add chilli flakes (optional) and italian seasoning.
- Mix well together.
- Rolled out in a round shape and add cheese mixture filling to it.
- Again rolled out properly.
- Cooked the paratha both side using 1 tsp of Desi ghee.
- Cook until Golden Brown on both sides.
- Your cheese paratha is ready.
- Serve hot cheese paratha to better taste.
