This sugar-free sweet recipe is made with low glycemic load ingredients which doesn’t impact your blood sugar level. For making this sugar-free sweet, we used Diabexy sugar, which is a fiber that is sweet, doesn’t impact your sugar level, and also helps to reduce it.

Till ki Barfi ingredients

100g Sesame seeds – It is flat seeds derived from the sesame plant. They are packed with essential nutrients like protein, fiber, and minerals which help in lowering cholesterol levels, regulating blood sugar levels, and preventing constipation.

200g Dairy cream – It has rich and fatty components of milk. It adds a smooth and velvety texture to the dish. It provides body and consistency to the dessert.

20g Diabexy sugar – Diabexy sugar contains fructooligosaccharide (EGL ZERO), is a type of Fiber that is sweet, and being a Fiber, it does not get absorbed in the intestine, Instead, it gets flushed out without affecting one’s blood sugar.

5g Cardamom – It has a strong, unique flavor, with a slightly sweet, floral aroma. It adds depth and complexity to the flavor and also helps in digestion, and reduces inflammations as well.

20g Pistachio – Pistachios have protein, fiber, and healthy fats which help lower bad cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of heart disease. It can be beneficial for people with diabetes or those looking to manage blood sugar levels.

How to Make Till ki Barfi

  • Roast 100g of sesame in a pan.
