Til Ki Barfi | Diabetic-Friendly Sesame Fudge

Till ka fudge, also known as sesame fudge or till ki barfi, is an Indian sweet made from sesame seeds. It is very popular in festivals like Diwali and Makar Sankranti. Its nutty and slightly earthy flavors with a rich and buttery undertone make it unique and delicious.

Is Till ki barfi good for people with diabetes? Well, usually made with refined sugar which is not good for your health and increases your blood sugar level. This is the reason many diabetic people don't enjoy the taste of the barfi which they crave for.
