- Diabexy Atta
- Desi Ghee
- Cow Milk

How to Make Sugar-Free Gulab Jamun for Diabetics:-Â
- Â We take 1 cup of Diabexy flour in a bowl.
- And add 2 tablespoons of ghee and 1/4 tablespoon of baking powder to it and mix it well.
- Now, we'll add 1/4 cup of milk to it and make a soft dough.
- We'll cover this dough and let it rest for a while.
- Now, we'll take small sections of this dough and roll them into a ball shape.
- Now, we'll place these balls aside
- And heat 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
- Then, we'll add 1 cup of Diabexy sugar to it and dissolve it thoroughly in the water.
- In this, we'll add 1 tablespoon of rose water, 1/4 tablespoon of saffron, and 2 cardamom pods.
- Our sugar syrup is now ready, We'll transfer it to a bowl.
- Now, heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the balls.
- After deep frying these balls, we'll remove them from the frying pan and transfer them to the syrup.Â
