Sugar-Free Gulab Jamun for Diabetics

Gulab Jamun Ingredients:- 

  • Diabexy Atta
  • Desi Ghee
  • Cow Milk
  • Baking Powder
  • Diabexy Sugar-Free Sweetener
  • Rose Water
  • Kesar
  • Cardamom

 

How to Make Sugar-Free Gulab Jamun for Diabetics:- 

  •  We take 1 cup of Diabexy flour in a bowl.
  • And add 2 tablespoons of ghee and 1/4 tablespoon of baking powder to it and mix it well.
  • Now, we'll add 1/4 cup of milk to it and make a soft dough.
  • We'll cover this dough and let it rest for a while.
  • Now, we'll take small sections of this dough and roll them into a ball shape.
  • Now, we'll place these balls aside
  • And heat 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
  • Then, we'll add 1 cup of Diabexy sugar to it and dissolve it thoroughly in the water.
  • In this, we'll add 1 tablespoon of rose water, 1/4 tablespoon of saffron, and 2 cardamom pods.
  • Our sugar syrup is now ready, We'll transfer it to a bowl.
  • Now, heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the balls.
  • After deep frying these balls, we'll remove them from the frying pan and transfer them to the syrup. 

 


 

And now your Gulab jamun is ready and the glycemic index of this gulab  jamun is only 1.25.
