Homemade Crackers Recipe - How to Make Crackers for Diabetics

Here, we are sharing a cracker recipe that is easy to make at home. It is made with low-glycemic ingredients that don’t spike your blood sugar level and help manage it. These crackers taste like normal crackers but also provide health benefits.

Cracker Recipe Ingredients

  • 100g Diabexy Atta: Diabexy atta is made using low-EGL ingredients, and the EGL value is 7 instead of other types of atta with EGL values between 50 and 60. It is also made from nuts and seeds, giving it a high protein and fiber content. There is no side effect of this atta.
  • 5g Xanthan gum: It is used for thickening and stabilizing the dish.

  • Desi ghee: It is added to dishes for its rich flavor and is a good source of healthy fats and vitamins like A, D, E, and K.

How to Make Crackers at Home
