Paneer Roll Ingredients

  • 100g Diabexy Atta: Diabexy atta is made using low-EGL ingredients, and the EGL value is 7 instead of other types of atta with EGL values between 50 and 60. It is also made from nuts and seeds, giving it a high protein and fiber content. There is no side effect of this atta.
  • 150g paneer: It is rich in protein and adds creamy flavor to the dish.
  • 30g Carrot: Carrot helps in improving vision and boosts antioxidants. It also adds a crunchy texture to the dish.
  • 30g Capsicum: Capsicum's vibrant flavor and colour add taste and visual appeal to the dish.
  • 30g Cabbage: Cabbage has high fiber, vitamins C and K, and antioxidants.
  • 10g Red chilli sauce: It adds heat and spicy flavor to the dish.
  • 5g Mustard Sauce: Mustard sauce provides a zesty kick and enhances the overall taste of the dish.
  • Salt: Use salt that has important minerals necessary for our bodies to stay healthy, like NutroActive Mineral Salt.
  • Chilli flakes and Oregano: Chilli flakes and oregano are used for flavor enhancement.
  • Black pepper: It is used to enhance the taste.

How To Make Paneer Roll

  • First, take 100g of Diabexy Sugar Control Atta in a bowl and add lukewarm water.
  • Mix it properly until you have a thin batter.
  • Take a pan and spread 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
  • SautĂ© 150g of paneer, seasoning it with salt and black pepper.
  • In the batter, add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of chilli flakes. Mix well.
  • Spread the batter evenly on a non-stick pan and cook for 30–40 seconds on a high flame.
  • Apply 1 tsp of ghee and cook from both sides until golden brown.
  • Spread any chutney of your choice on the cooked wrap, then add salted paneer slices and vegetables of your choice.
  • Next, spread 1 tsp chilli sauce and ½ tsp mustard sauce.
  • Then, sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano.
  • Wrap the roll tightly with the help of butter paper.
  • Your Paneer Kathi Roll is ready.

Each roll has an EGL of 3, which is very low compared to a normal paneer roll. This paneer roll has enough calories. Paneer wrap can be enjoyed with tomato sauce, chutney, and pickle.
