Take a kadai (wok) and heat some olive oil. Add jeera (cumin seeds) and turmeric powder.
Add 100g of chopped cauliflower (gobi) to the kadai. Cook until slightly tender.
Remove the cooked cauliflower from the kadai and set aside in a bowl.
In a jar, combine onion (10g), garlic (5g), tomato (20g), coriander (5g), and ginger (5g). Grind into a smooth paste.
In the same kadai, heat oil and add the ground paste. Cook until oil separates.
