Crispy Pista Cookies | Diabetic Biscuits Homemade

👇👇👇 Crispy Pista Cookies Ingredients
Diabexy flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Diabexy sugar 3 tbsp
Salted butter 100g
Chopped pistachio 50 g
👉 Add the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Also add the diabexy sugar to it and mix well.
👉 In another bowl whip the cold butter until it is light and airy.3-5 minutes with an electric whisk or 10 minutes with a hand whisk.
👉 Add the dry ingredients to the whipped butter and mix gently until a dough is formed.
👉 To a piping bag add a wide piping tip and fill it with the cookie dough.
👉 Make the cookie pattern as shown and add chopped pista on top.
👉 Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
👉 Let it cool for 30 minutes on a wire rack and then serve.
