Coconut ladoo is a delicious Indian sweet mainly made from fresh grated coconut, milk, and sugar. We created a coconut ladoo recipe using low glycemic load ingredients like NutroActive keto atta, which is a multi-seed flour, and Diabexy sugar, which is a sweet fiber. We also include fresh coconut and many nutritious seeds because refined sugar (which is generally used) can lead to type 2 diabetes and multiple health problems.
