Appe Recipe ingredients

How To Make Appe Dish

  • First, chop 15g of coriander leaves, 30g of carrot, 30g of chopped onion, and 1 green chilli.

  • In a bowl, take 1 cup of Diabexy Dosa mix. Add ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp of coriander powder, ½ tsp of cumin powder, and ½ tsp of salt.

  • Mix all the ingredients properly.

  • Add ¾ cup water to achieve a running consistency, and make the batter.

  • Then add all the chopped veggies to the batter and mix properly.

  • Cover the batter and leave for some time.

  • Grease the appe mould with some oil.

  • Heat the mould then add the batter.

  • Once the appams are cooked on one side, sprinkle some oil on top.

  • Then cook the other side for 5-7 mins on medium flame.

  • Your delicious appams are ready to serve.
