Mr. Ashutosh, one of the participants of the Diabetes Reversal Program, is sharing his experience of controlling blood sugar levels by connecting with Diabexy.
He said "I had been in the diabetic range for around 7 years. Over the past 2 months, I watched videos on the Diabexy YouTube channel and followed Diabexy Atta along with Diabexy reversal tablets. As a result, I have noticed a very positive change in my diabetes. I also enrolled in a diabetes reversal program and am consulting with Diabexy's dietitian."
In the end, He asked a question: What is the best time to exercise for a diabetic patient?
The answer given by Mr. Lokendra Tomar
"If your blood sugar is high and your pancreas isn't helping, it's better to exercise in the evening instead of the morning. If you're busy all day or in the evening, find time during lunch or whenever you can at work to exercise. The point of exercising is to help your muscles absorb glucose better. You can choose any muscle and start exercising slowly. The thigh, chest, and back muscles are big and long, so they're especially good at absorbing glucose, which is why it's important to exercise them."
We are thankful to Mr. Shridhar for sharing his story and progress on diabetes.
